Week 1: (7 February 2019 - 8 February 2019)

Activity: 

1. Meet FYP Supervisor - Madam Alipah binti Pawi. 
2. Research about the FYP operation system. 

Objective:

1. To discuss and set the date for the deadline of every task that has been highlighted by the supervisor. 

Content/Procedure:

1. On 9 February 2019, Wednesday, I've met my supervisor, Dr. Alipah to discuss with her about the planning for the FYP 2 in order to set the deadline for the given task. 
2. It is a concern that the project objectives need to achieve within the set date. 

Result & Analysis:

1. For FYP 2, as usual, we need to build the system project, which included components needed, the software involved (e.g. Arduino) and the progress for the system. 
2. Need to prepare the assembling of the project testing which using the breadboard, oscilloscope and software tools. 
3. When the testing or simulation is done and completely well function, the data collecting phase can proceed. 

Conclusion:

1. Checklist for all components needed was discussed between me and Dr. Alipah. 
2. Arduino Uno R3/Raspberry Pi 
3. Ultrasonic Sensor Module (HC-SR04) 
4. Weight Sensor 
5. DC Motor (6V-12V) 
6. Infrared Sensor 
7. Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) 
8. Before WEEK 5, the simulation and hardware connection testing must be done. 
9. Before WEEK 10-11, the system project must be ready and the best performance for the main sensor (Ultrasonic Transmitter and Receiver) must be achieved.
